With more than 30 years of international experience in the hospitality industry and in the organization, management, and execution of large-scale events and congresses, I have built a solid trajectory in operational leadership, strategic planning, and the development of high-standard experiences.

In recent years, I have directed my focus toward personal evolution and spiritual growth, deepening my studies and experiences with different mentors and approaches dedicated to human development. This journey has expanded my understanding of transformation, consciousness, and human potential, integrating purpose and strategic vision into my professional practice.

As a natural extension of this path, I founded Becoming One, a company created to structure and deliver events, lectures, and retreats focused on human development and the expansion of consciousness throughout Latin America. The project combines my international executive expertise with the creation of a global-standard ecosystem of transformative experiences.
